Hello, my name is Roman and I’d like to introduce myself as the remedial massage therapist. I arrived in Sydney in 2006 from Prague, where I previously practiced as a massage therapist in busy five star hotel. On arriving in Australia, I have also successfully completed the Diploma of Remedial Massage qualification at Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney. This has greatly enhanced my experiences in bodywork therapies.

I also practice Zen-Touch Shiatsu, which is bodywork method developed by Seymour Koblin, founder of Californian School of Healing Arts. Shiatsu is based on eastern approach and is balancing your energy flow. Shiatsu sessions are administred on patients that are fully clothed. Therapists use fingers, palms, elbows and knees to stimulate or balance the energy flow through meridians.

More and more people find bodywork and massage as very beneficial. Tiredness, muscle tension, soreness, strains or headache are daily issues conducive with our modern busy life styles. Massage therapy and Shiatsu is administred to help you combat these daily problems. If you participate in sport and exercise, massage will help combat fatigue, nourish working muscles, increases recovery and plays a vital role in minimizing muscle soreness.

I also provide corporated seated massage services on behalf of The Healthcare Group. If your office is in and around the lower north shore, you are more than welcome to visit me in the clinic outside of the your onsite visits for a short seated or table massage treatment.
